After a couple of successful demo cdrs, five new songs were recorded and released as the 'War on Wankers' 7" ep by the band themselves in June 2005. Great reviews followed, and als a couple of tours and lots of gigs around Scandinavia and Europe. May 2006 Disconvenience recorded their debut full length 'Umeå Punk City'. It will be released on LP and CD by CMF/Wasted Sounds, currently one of the biggest DIY labels worldwide. 'Umeå Punk City' features ten songs in the same style as the 'War on Wankers' ep, but faster, tighter and more melodic. Some songs on the album also has backing vocals and tambourine by Dennis Lyxzen, known from bands such as T(I)NC, Refused and Final Exit.
